Blanch’s Bus Company acknowledges the Traditional Custodians throughout Australia, and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to all First Nations people, their culture and to Elders past and present.
ComfortDelGro Australia (CDC), together with Blanch’s Bus Company has launched its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen its relationships and contributions to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander reconciliation, in partnership with its Australia-wide businesses.
CDC’s RAP begins with the company’s vision, which is to create and maintain a culturally inclusive, educated organisation, while being a partner that supports, understands and respects the aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The Plan focuses on encouraging mutual respect by educating our people on reconciliation, cultures and histories and recognising significant calendar dates. CDC is also actively searching for opportunities to increase employment, improve retention and create better outcomes from our procurement processes.
